Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

We offer the following shipping options:

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: approximately 10–15 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier delays.


Customs & Import Responsibilities

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance procedures depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for:

FlyRaijin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective products.

If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide photos or videos showing the defect for verification

  3. Our team will review the request to confirm the manufacturer defect

Once the defect is verified, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Modifications made to the product

  • Normal wear and tear
